Frequently asked questions

How is the overall score calculated?

Each platform is scored on ten dimensions from its most recent test record. Those scores are combined with fixed weights that total 100 per cent, then expressed out of 10 to one decimal place.

Why do some platforms not appear under Best rates or Fastest payouts?

A platform only appears in those views when its latest test record contains the relevant measurement. We exclude platforms with missing data rather than treating the gap as a zero.

How recent is this ranking?

The ranking recalculates whenever a new test record is added or the scoring weights change. Each row shows the date the platform was last tested.

Can a platform pay to rank higher?

No. Ordering is derived from the scoring formula alone and cannot be overridden by an administrator.
