Positive reviews praise the app for its fast payout processing, high gift card exchange rates, and user-friendly interface. Satisfied users highlight smooth early transactions, quick card redemption, and helpful system notifications regarding rate updates and app maintenance.

Conversely, numerous negative reviews accuse the service of scamming users and stealing funds. Common complaints include gift cards being falsely flagged as used or invalid, incomplete payouts, and undisclosed rate discrepancies. Users also report failed or delayed withdrawals, login issues, and unhelpful customer support that relies on automated responses without providing proof for rejected cards.

Several reviewers note that while the app functions properly for initial or lower-value trades, severe issues consistently emerge when attempting to exchange larger amounts or after completing multiple transactions.
