AI-generated summary of recent app store reviews — updated 28 September 2026.
Users frequently praise the app for fast, smooth gift card trading, quick verification, and prompt payouts. Many highlight competitive exchange rates, low minimum trading thresholds, and an intuitive, simple interface. The responsive, round-the-clock customer service team and overall platform security also receive strong appreciation, alongside the convenience of the virtual dollar card feature.
Conversely, critical reviews focus on high transaction fees, including charges for topping up wallets, funding dollar cards, and making small withdrawals. Users report unstated restrictions on virtual card compatibility, lost funds upon card termination, and strict policies that cancel cards after three declined subscription payments. Others cite rejected gift card codes lacking transaction proof, delayed exchange rate updates, and occasional processing delays.
While gift card trading is widely praised, qualifications note that the app is less economical for small transactions due to cumulative fees, and reported processing speeds vary among users.
