Verdict
Payora did not complete our $10 US Razer Gold trade. The valid card was rejected after 26 minutes without a stated reason, and WhatsApp support did not respond. Since no payout entered the wallet, we could not assess the withdrawal time, withdrawal fees or the final rate received.

Our review
About Payora
Payora started as Cyber Data Hub in 2021 and was rebranded in 2025. It offers gift card trading alongside bill payments, airtime, virtual dollar cards, gadgets and other payment services. The platform lists Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya among its supported markets.
How we tested Payora
We tested Payora on 16 September 2026 using a valid $10 US Razer Gold e-code. We followed the steps on our How We Review page, including account setup, KYC, rate checking, card submission and support contact when the trade failed.
The card was submitted at 9:34 AM and rejected at 10:00 AM, which means we waited 26 minutes for the decision. Payora did not show a reason for the rejection. No money entered the wallet, so there was no withdrawal, withdrawal fee or final bank payment to measure. We contacted WhatsApp support but did not receive a human reply.
Trading experience
Payora required BVN, home address, full name, date of birth, gender and state of origin during KYC. The approval itself took about one minute, but the full process took around ten minutes because the app crashed twice and we had to continue again.
The app displayed an expected payout of ₦9,663.73 for the card. However, the valid card was rejected after 26 minutes without an explanation, so that displayed figure was never received. Because the trade did not complete, we could not test the wallet-to-bank withdrawal flow or confirm a received rate.
We contacted Payora through WhatsApp after the rejection, but no human response arrived during the test period. The failed trade and unanswered support message are therefore central to this review, rather than a normal completed payment.

Frequently asked questions
Is Payora legitimate?
Payora has a website and mobile apps, but our own test did not end in a successful payment. A valid $10 Razer Gold card was rejected after 26 minutes, and support did not reply. That result describes our test only and does not prove that every trade on the platform will fail.
What gift cards does Payora accept?
Payora lists cards such as Amazon, Apple or iTunes, Google Play, Razer Gold, Steam and Visa. Availability can depend on the card’s country, format and value. We tested only a US Razer Gold e-code, and that card was rejected.
Does Payora require KYC?
Yes. Payora asked for BVN, home address, full name, date of birth, gender and state of origin. Approval took about one minute, although the whole process lasted about ten minutes because the app crashed twice.
Does Payora charge fees?
We could not confirm a trading or withdrawal fee because the card was rejected before any payout was made. The app showed a minimum withdrawal of ₦500, but we did not reach the withdrawal stage.
Which countries and currencies does Payora support?
Payora lists Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, with payouts in naira, cedis and Kenyan shillings. We selected the Nigerian option for this test.
