How we tested Cardsoon
We tested Cardsoon on 17 September 2026 using a $20 US Razer Gold e-code. We followed the process on our How We Review page by creating an account, checking the available card options, submitting the card, contacting support and confirming the completed bank payment.
The card was submitted at 4:30 PM. The gift card trade took 2 minutes. After ₦22,996 was credited, the separate payout to the bank took 2 minutes. The trade and bank payout are reported as separate measurements.
Trading experience
Creating the account required email address, phone number and password. Cardsoon did not require completed identity verification during our test. A BVN field was listed, but it was not completed and did not prevent the trade.
The app did not provide an e-code option. We submitted the e-code under the physical-card option, and Cardsoon accepted and completed the trade. The final payout was higher than the amount shown before submission, but the reason for the extra amount was not recorded.
