How we tested Cardcosmic
We tested Cardcosmic on 6 September 2026 using a $20 US Razer Gold e-code. This test followed the process explained on our How We Review page.
The card was submitted at 9:47 PM and completed at 9:49 PM, giving a trading time of two minutes. Withdrawing the money from the wallet to a bank account took another two minutes.
Trading experience
Cardcosmic displayed a rate of ₦1,107 per dollar and a sale price of ₦22,140. The researcher received ₦22,140 in their bank account.
The trade itself was fast. The card was processed in two minutes, and support responded through the in-app chat in three minutes. Selling directly to Cardcosmic also made the process simple, although it meant the researcher could not negotiate the rate or choose between vendors.
Cardcosmic offered a ₦3,000 signup bonus. However, the bonus could not be withdrawn on its own because the minimum withdrawal was ₦8,000. The researcher had to complete a gift card trade before the bonus became useful.
No trading fee was recorded. The wallet balance before withdrawal was ₦22,240, Cardcosmic deducted a ₦100 withdrawal fee, and ₦22,140 reached the bank account. No genuine dispute occurred during the trade.
